AT THE KAHUNAVILLE

Friday is check-in day for those who have NOT PAID.
This year the way we will do it is everyone who has not paid and checks in on Friday will have their round-robins set and ready on Saturday morning before the 1st tournament starts.

If you have NOT PAID and you check in on Saturday or Sunday morning
we cannot guarantee your spot or that you will be separated from your friends or League mates in the round-robin due to the fact that the EARLY GROUP will be separated from the LATE GROUP.

For those who have pre-paid:

Saturday is the XBOX and 30 & Over tournaments.
Both of those tournaments will be done in one day. So if you're only playing in one or both of those tournaments then you only need to be there for Saturday.
XBOX – 9am
30 & over – 11am

Sunday is the PS2 and XBOX 360 Tournaments.
Both of those tournaments will be done in one day. So if you're only playing in one or both of those tournaments then you only need to be there for Sunday.
PS2 – 9am
XBOX 360 – 11am

So now obviously if you're playing in both the XBOX and PS2 Tournaments you will need to be there for the whole weekend.
